X3 Fiber Composites and Evolvecomp™ Biomaterials
Our X3 fiber reinforcement technology and Evolvecomp™ composite family integrate high mechanical performance with controlled degradation. These metal-free biomaterials are engineered for load-bearing orthopedic fixation and allow natural bone in-growth and osseointegration while safely resorbing over time.
Every formulation is designed, tested, and validated by our in-house R&D and production teams with ISO 13485 standards
OEM Collaboration and Global Partnerships
We collaborate with medical device manufacturers and OEM partners worldwide to create implant-grade bioresorbable components such as screws, plates, anchors, and OR systems.
Our integrated approach covers compounding for composite materials, injection molding, extrusion, compression molding, CNC machining, and laser cutting, ensuring full traceability from concept to regulatory approval. To date, we have completed over 100 OEM development projects across the world.
