Biomechanical Strength From Continuous X3 Fiber

ABM Tape –  Bioresorbable X3 Fiber Composites

for Orthopedic and Medical OEMs

Next-Generation Bioabsorbable Composite Tapes

Arctic Biomaterials develops X3 fiber–reinforced bioresorbable composite tapes engineered for orthopedic fixation, trauma implants, and custom OEM medical devices.
Each tape combines continuous X3 mineral fibers with a PLDLA 70L/30DL (85L/15D) polymer matrix, providing high mechanical strength, dimensional precision, and controlled degradation.

Medical Grade Composite Materials

The ABM Tape GF45 and GF50 series are designed for bioresorbable, osseointegrative implant systems, enabling metal-free solutions that integrate with bone and resorb naturally after healing.
All materials are produced at our ISO 13485-certified facilities in Finland and supplied globally for medical OEM manufacturing.
